We enable net-zero, equitable infrastructure aligned with the UN SDGs, translating research into implementable tools, standards, and decision-support systems. Our approach supports risk-informed planning by assessing the vulnerability of cyber-physical infrastructure to multi-hazard threats, from climate change to cascading failures.

Leveraging AI, Digital Twins, Generative Design, IoT, and immersive technologies, we deploy data-driven platforms for real-time monitoring, predictive analytics, and automated decision-making—validated through living labs to ensure scalability and transferability.

We shape policy, standards, and green/blue infrastructure strategies within the emerging metaCity, driving inclusive co-development. Our mission is to bridge research and market uptake, delivering safe, resilient, and future-proof infrastructure at scale.
